- Actually, CC0: is used for PCMCIA cards that have been set up as RAM
- disks. CD0: only appears sometime after the bootmenu, so both CD0: and
- CC0: are present after booting. However, CC0: only appears if the SX-1
- is plugged in (don't know why as it doesn't have a PCMCIA slot).
